Shakita Randle is the founder and owner of S & S Personal Care Home. With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and more than 8 years of leadership in the home care industry, Shakita is committed to transforming lives through compassionate service. Her journey began in her garage with the encouragement of her two sons and a vision to serve the elderly and disabled individuals in her community. She is also the founder of S & S Private Home Care and S & S Adult Day Health. A proud honoree of Who’s Who Women of Influence 2022 and Who’s Who in America 2022-2023, she continues to lead with purpose and faith.
